Mercy Aigbe expresses disappointment at missing Toyin Abraham’s ‘Oversabi Aunty’ premiere due to filming commitments, sharing her sadness on Instagram

Popular Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has expressed her disappointment at being unable to attend the premiere of Toyin Abraham’s upcoming movie, Oversabi Aunty.

The premiere, held on Sunday, December 15, featured a star-studded attendance.

Mercy Aigbe, who had promised to compete for the title of best dressed despite a playful warning from Toyin Abraham, shared her frustration on Instagram after being on set until 11pm.

She revealed that her premiere outfit remained at home and lamented missing the opportunity to be crowned the “Oversabi” best dressed.

“11 PM still on set, filming in one bush. Cloth and Gele, dey house. Me that I thought I will be crowned Oversabi Dresser tonight,” she wrote.

Toyin Abraham’s movie Oversabi Aunty is scheduled for nationwide cinema, promising a broader audience the chance to experience the film beyond its premiere event.
