Regina Chukwu emotional abuse — Nollywood actress, Regina Chukwu, has issued a heartfelt warning to men, saying emotional and verbal abuse can inflict damage as devastating as physical violence.

In a message shared on her Instagram page, the actress voiced concern over the growing tendency of men to dismiss the impact of hurtful words in relationships.

According to Regina Chukwu, emotional cruelty often leaves scars that apologies cannot erase.

“Verbally abusing your woman is just as bad as hitting her,” she wrote. “Those words echo in places no apology can reach. You might not leave marks on her skin, but you’ll leave damage on her heart, her confidence, and her peace.

And once a woman’s peace is gone, you’ll never get the same version of her again.”

The actress’s post has since sparked conversations online, with many fans praising her for addressing the often-overlooked trauma of emotional abuse.

Regina Chukwu, known for her outspoken views on relationships and women’s empowerment, urged men to treat their partners with empathy and respect, warning that emotional neglect and verbal cruelty destroy trust and self-worth.
