Regina Daniels reveals whether she would have married a Mechanic Ned Nwoko

Published

on

Regina Daniels, the renowned Nollywood actress, recently recounted an amusing conversation with her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko. In this light-hearted exchange, Senator Nwoko asked Regina if she would have married him had he pursued a career as a mechanic.

Regina, initially taken aback by the unexpected question, responded with a chuckle. She playfully pondered where they might have met in such a scenario, humorously suggesting perhaps at his mechanic shop.

This delightful anecdote was shared by the actress on her Instagram page. In her own words, she expressed, “Small gist everyone: So my husband asked me one of the most asked questions he sees about our union. He said, ‘G, would you have actually married me if I was a mechanic?’ I laughed. I really didn’t know the response I was to give, but my reply was ‘Where would you see me? When I come to fix a car?’ ‘Dim idiegwu.’”

It’s worth noting that Regina Daniels made headlines in 2019 when, at the age of 22, she married Senator Ned Nwoko, a 61-year-old lawyer and former federal lawmaker. Despite the initial mixed reactions to their unconventional age-gap marriage, the couple has since welcomed two children.
