Kellyrae, the winner of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 8, has responded to ongoing criticisms from some participants and fans who argue that he did not deserve to win the N100 million grand prize.

He firmly rejected the claims, stating that those who continue to assert he didn’t earn his win were simply “not wise.” Kellyrae also stressed that personal disagreements or bad terms with someone should not be used as a basis to undermine their achievements.

“I’ve heard the comments and I just think that anyone who insists I didn’t deserve to win is not wise,” Kellyrae stated on the podcast. “Being on bad terms with someone or not liking them doesn’t make their success any less valid.”

The debate surrounding Kellyrae’s win gained traction after fellow BBNaija participants, including Shaun, publicly expressed the opinion that Kellyrae’s contribution to the show was minimal.
