Charles Inojie childhood struggles were shared during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, where the actor reflected on his upbringing and limited time spent living with his father.

Inojie disclosed that he lived with his father for only eight months before a serious domestic disagreement led to separation within the household.

He explained that tensions escalated after his stepmother allegedly forced his father to choose between them, a decision he says resulted in him being sent away.

The actor further recounted how the situation affected his education, noting that his admission into university was also met with resistance within the family.

According to him, he was told to wait for a younger sibling to grow up so they could attend school together, a decision he described as deeply frustrating given the age difference.

Inojie said the experience meant he spent much of his childhood away from both parents, relying on extended family members for support at different stages of his upbringing.

Despite the emotional hardship, the actor has since built a successful career in Nollywood, appearing in numerous films and television productions over the years.
