Eucharia Anunobi marriage warning sparks reactions as the Nollywood veteran turned preacher cautions Christians against unions with unbelievers

In a video shared on her Instagram page, the actress-turned-evangelist said believers who ignore biblical counsel risk misery in marriage. She argued that being romantically involved with an unbeliever amounts to “bringing a weapon to destroy yourself.”

“How can you, as a man or woman of God, operating a ministry, consider marrying someone spiritually impotent? You will be most miserable,” she declared.

Eucharia also condemned intimacy outside wedlock, insisting it leads to regret and emotional downfall. “Those kisses, those hugs, those caresses with an unbeliever… there will be a Waterloo,” she warned.

The outspoken preacher added that many Christians in ministry were already compromising by engaging in “activities in the other room” with partners who do not share their faith.

According to her, such choices ultimately destroy both spiritual and personal fulfilment.

Her message has sparked conversations online, with some praising her boldness while others criticised her tone as harsh.

Still, the actress maintains that her call is rooted in scripture and aimed at preserving Christian values in marriage.
