Nollywood filmmaker, Charles Granville is dead

Charles Granville, a prominent figure in Nollywood as an actor, singer-songwriter, and filmmaker, has sadly passed away after a prolonged illness, the nature of which has not been disclosed.

According to a statement released by a family member named Iyenemri Somiari Granville, the ‘Tinsel’ actor succumbed to his illness on Thursday, September 21, 2023. The statement also noted that further information regarding funeral arrangements will be communicated at a later time.

King Minjin expressed his shock at the tragic loss of Charles Granville, sharing his obituary on Instagram.
