Actress and media personality Tomike Adeoye on Tuesday confirmed her selection as a speaker at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2026, joining a global lineup of creators, industry leaders and media professionals at the annual event held at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes.

Tomike Adeoye announced the Tomike Adeoye Cannes Lions speaker appointment via her Instagram page, expressing excitement about representing African creativity on a global stage as part of the Woof Studios creator delegation.

The festival, widely regarded as one of the most influential gatherings in advertising and creative communications, brings together professionals from across the world to explore developments in media, branding and digital storytelling.

In her statement, Tomike Adeoye said she would be participating in a panel discussion themed “How Africa’s Creators Are Building Culture as Infrastructure”, alongside other creators and business leaders focused on the evolving influence of digital content across global markets.

Her inclusion in the speakers lineup highlights the growing visibility of African creators within international creative industries, particularly in conversations around culture, innovation and creator-led economic opportunity.

The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity is held annually in June in Cannes, France, and features keynote sessions, panel discussions and awards recognising excellence in advertising and communications.
