Popular Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has urged business owners to prioritise excellent customer service, warning that negative experiences can harm long-term growth.

In a post shared on her Instagram page, the movie star emphasised that leaving customers satisfied is the most powerful strategy for any business.

She highlighted that a poor customer experience, especially during a first transaction, often signals that the business owner may soon struggle to attract repeat clients.

Dikeh described negative customer interactions as “praying for grace and also being the weapon fashioned against grace,” stressing the critical importance of creating positive experiences from the outset.

She wrote: “Dear Business owners, there is nothing better than leaving your customers satisfied. I just can’t wait to finish this transaction; such a horrible experience… It’s just a matter of time before you look for more customers. And it’s worse when the experience is on the first buy. It’s like praying for Grace and also being the weapon fashioned against Grace.”
