Nigerian gospel singer Lawrence Oyor reacts in shock after seeing a viral video of crossdresser Bobrisky singing his song “Favour.”

 

Nigerian gospel singer **Lawrence Oyor** has expressed his surprise after seeing a viral video of controversial crossdresser **Bobrisky** singing his gospel track, *Favour.*

Bobrisky, whose real name is **Idris Okuneye**, recently shared a clip on social media, dancing and singing along to Oyor’s popular song. The video quickly gained traction, drawing widespread attention online.

Speaking to his church congregation, Oyor admitted that he found it hard to believe that Bobrisky was enjoying his song.

“I saw one of our guys, the most unexpected guy on the internet, singing *Favour.* I almost denied the song. I know some of you didn’t see it, I don’t know how it got to me, somebody sent it to me.

I saw Bob, a very risky Bob, singing *Favour.* I had to watch it like three times—the shock! You too? I have never doubted myself like that before. How?” Oyor shared.

The video has sparked mixed reactions among fans and social media users. While some believe it is a positive sign that gospel music is reaching diverse audiences, others question the implications of Bobrisky vibing to a faith-based song.
