In a detailed Instagram post, Priscilla Ojo stated that the backlash appeared coordinated, alleging a pattern aimed at disrupting her mother’s plans. She maintained that divine support would prevail over any opposition.

“Since the announcement, there has been drama back-to-back, just for one aim: ruin her plans, but God is stronger than man,” she wrote, adding that the film would perform strongly.

Priscilla argued that her mother remains misunderstood, noting that critics distort narratives whether Iyabo Ojo chooses silence or speaks out.

The Priscilla Ojo defends Iyabo Ojo narrative gained traction as tensions within the industry resurfaced during the film’s premiere.

A viral video showed actress Funke Akindele appearing to ignore a greeting from Toyin Abraham, sparking widespread reactions online.
