Reality TV star and actor Adeoluwa Okusaga, widely known as Saga, has recently called for increased awareness and robust support regarding men’s mental health.

In his impactful message, Saga underscored the critical importance of acknowledging one’s emotions and actively seeking help whenever it becomes necessary.

He strongly urged men to prioritise their overall well-being by openly communicating their feelings and engaging in activities that genuinely bring them joy and fulfilment.

Saga stated, “Men are not superheroes—we’re human beings who need care and support too,” thereby encouraging society to actively cultivate a culture of kindness and profound understanding where men can express themselves freely, without the persistent fear of judgment or stigma.

Saga also thoughtfully emphasised that the concept of perfection remains a myth. He reminded his audience that nobody is truly perfect, and importantly, accepting this imperfection is entirely acceptable and normal.

He wrote on Instagram, “Hey bro, you’re not Superman, you’re human. Don’t neglect your mental health. Speak to someone, do things that make you happy. To the world, Be kind to us men, listen to us, and provide a safe space for us to express ourselves. Yes, we are not perfect, perfection is an illusion anyway, no one is.”
