Nollywood stars have taken to social media to console their colleague Olatayo Amokade, popularly known as Ijebu, as he mourns the death of his beloved mother.
The actor shared a photo and video of his mother, aged 83, on his verified Instagram page, where he expressed how saddened he is by the loss.

Nollywood artistes including Sukanmi Omobolanle, Biodun Okeowo Omoborty, Yewande Adekoya, Mide Martins, Mo Bimpe, Adediwura Gold, Olayinka Solomon, Iyabo Ojo, Bukola Adeeyo, Seyi Edun, Regina Chukwu, Sotayogaga, Jide Kosoko, Mercy Aigbe, to mention but a few of them consoled Ijebu on the loss of his mother.

The excited actor shared the footage of his wedding ceremony on his Instagram page, which family, friends and colleagues graced.
Ijebu is also known for showering Love on his beautiful wife. The actor who recently became a landlord gifted his wife a brand new Matrix car.
Sharing the car photo on Instagram, Ijebu talked about how much he loves his wife even though he has no money.
He wrote, “I don’t have money for Benz for now. My LOVE pls Manage This Matrix For Now. I Love You”
Kemi Filani also recalls that Ijebu reacted angrily to a video on the internet about a Nigerian man humiliating the Federal Minister of Interior of Nigeria, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.
A viral video captured a Nigerian in the United States of America trying to harass Aregbesola while he was at a buffet.
The man in the video claimed he had a right to infringe on Aregbesola’s privacy by making his video without consent, despite the latter’s warnings to stop.
Reacting to this development, Ijebu claimed what the unidentified man did was wrong to have infringed on Aregbesola’s right.
The actor also revealed that he was not taking sides and attacked the man for wrongly recording an elderly man without his consent despite being a Nigerian.
