In separate posts on Sunday, both actresses hailed Iyabo as selfless, forgiving, and bold—especially in light of her renewed public clash with Lizzy Anjorin.

Lola Alao posted a video of Iyabo, writing, “Iyabo Ojo, God sees your heart, and He knows how pure-hearted and selfless you are. You are a good person, and God sees you. When it is time, He will lift you up beyond your expectations.”

She added, “You don’t hold grudges, and you are forgiving. Your humanitarian spirit is one of a kind.”

Opeyemi Aiyeola echoed similar sentiments, describing Iyabo as a bold and kind soul. “Dear Iyabo Ojo, I’m not sure I’ve ever told you how much I admire your bold, unapologetic, and kind soul. You are such a rare breed,” she said.

The glowing tributes come as Iyabo continues to face pressure on multiple fronts.

She has remained a vocal advocate for justice in the Mohbad case, attending court sessions and engaging investigators. The singer died under suspicious circumstances in September 2023.

On July 8, Iyabo’s Lagos office was gutted by fire. While the blaze caused heavy damage, no lives were lost. She expressed gratitude to the fire service and her staff for their quick action. “With God on my side, we will bounce back bigger and better,” she said.

After the incident, her daughter Priscilla revealed the family had received a threatening letter from a group called the “Aggrieved Group,” warning they would “go through hell” in three months.

Iyabo also accused Lizzy Anjorin of spiritual attacks, stating in a video, “If anything happens to me, my daughter Priscilla Ajoke, or Festus Olajuwon Ojo, then you, Lizzy Anjorin, should be held responsible.”

She clarified that the earlier N1 billion defamation suit between her and Anjorin was never filed in court but resolved through an alternative process that has since been dismissed.
