Chatta reflected on his challenging journey to stardom, sharing how his early career was defined by determination and resilience.

Before gaining recognition as an actor, he immersed himself in the music and film industries as a jingle creator and soundtrack composer, contributing to over 400 movies and promotional projects.

But I wasn’t comfortable,” he said, recounting how he worked as a bus conductor to support himself.

His career breakthrough came through sheer perseverance. “I got lucky and started writing and composing movie soundtracks. At a point, I was a studio rat. I would go to the studio, write songs, sing and perform,” he explained.

Chatta’s story is an inspiring testament to the rewards of hard work and adaptability. From composing music to becoming a prominent actor, he continues to play a significant role in Nollywood, especially within Yoruba-language productions.

By addressing the notion of being underrated, Chatta not only highlights his achievements but also underscores his unwavering belief in his craft and value within the industry.
